Job Overview:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer ITC to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and a passion for solving complex technical problems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that support our clients' business operations. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth functioning of their IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement systems and applications that meet our clients' business requirements

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and applications

- Monitor and maintain the performance and security of systems and applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications

- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches

- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in information technology and make recommendations for improving our systems and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructure, and programming languages

- Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and containerization technologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Professional) are a plus
